Shipping policy

UK SHIPPING:

We deliver to all UK mainland address. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect. 

Delivery options for UK residents: 

• Standard Delivery: Free shipping* (orders £100 and above are shipped for free) via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders below this threshold will be subject to a £5 postage charge and will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr and will arrive within two days once dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Witness The Litness (WTL) ships worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked, please select your destination at checkout. A flat rate of £15 shipping will be applied. International orders will typically be delivered within 10-15 working days of being dispatched. Any duties and taxes to be paid upon receiving goods will be the recipients responsibility.
