Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at witness.the.litness@hotmail.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The returns forms detailing your email address, order number which begins with WTL, stating the items returned and the reason for return.

Similarly, personalised items produced according to and/or at the request of the customer, or products that have been altered cannot be returned cannot be exchanged nor returned.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Witness The Litness (WTL) will refund you back to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
